All participants must be registered on the eTwinning platform prior to the Seminar. If you are not already registered on eTwinning, please do so as soon as possible on the following link: pre-registration (you'll first receive a email with a link to confirm and finalize your registration).

Practical information

 We will provide transfers from Poitiers and Futuroscope train stations, and also from the Poitiers-Biard airport, to the venue in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou on April 1st. There will be also transfers on April 3rd to get back to the station or airport.

About bus transfer in Poitiers / Chasseneuil-du-Poitou:

Arriving on the 31st of March: you will have a dedicated bus / taxi transfer to the hotel. You will receive more information by email. Arriving on the 1st of April:

• We will organize a bus transfer from Poitiers Train station to the hotel at 1pm. If you arrive between 11am and 1pm, you will have to take this bus in Poitiers bus station at the groundfloor (see picture here).
• We will organize dedicated bus/taxi transfers from Poitiers Parking Toumaï (upstairs 1st floor, not groundfloor) for those who arrive before 11am and after 1pm. (see picture here).
• If you miss your transfer, you can catch a public bus on the big bridge near to the Parking Toumaï (the colored one). You can take the stairs into the parking to get on the top of the bridge, there are also lifts. When you get on the bridge, take the bus on the other side of the road (direction Futuroscope). The ticket is 1.30€ per person. (see picture here).
